Fire!

So much for a quite night in. A group of local children discovered a car. The strange technology confused them so naturally they had to burn it as a witch.

We were sitting in our flat when we heard a couple of bangs. Assuming it was some idiot letting fireworks off I just ignored it at first, as we get a lot of that around here. As you can see it turned out that it was a burning car just a little way down the street... Unfortunately we get a lot of that around here too.

We did have a good view of the resultant fireball when the petrol tank went up.

You know when I said 'keep the home fires burning'...

At least you could have chucked a couple of locals on for good measure.

No. Scratch that. Think of the smell. Would all the E numbers act as an accelerant? Hmmm...

OMG!!! FReakin fantastic fire, erm and yes, setting fire to peoples cars is very very bad. ;)
Matt Good on the other hand is superb, I have recommended him to the provider of robyn hitchcock, or Carl as he is otherwise known.

Looked like a good evening for a barbecue. Whenever I see images on TV of kids trashing cars, I always guess that, despite the inference of the coverage, the cars are usually abandoned or untaxed. I find it hard to believe that they would just randomly trash someone's car. But then maybe I am just naive - it has been known!

Xulub- If someone then tried to pull the chav out of the fire it would be like that scene in 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' where the nazi tries to grab the medallion from the flames, except you would come away with the image of a ruddy great clown burnt in to your palm.
: D

Hageltoast- It was pretty impressive.
Matt Good is great, I'm glad you liked it. I think I shall have to do a post on Robyn Hitchcock soon- the discs were very much appreciated.
: )

Korova- Blimey, you really have never visited where I live have you?! Nope- those cars are all recently stolen, driven like lunatics and then dumped somewhere and burnt.
Nothing like your experiences with badgers I trust.
: )
